Rustic herb bread
Herb and garlic cheese spread
Extra sharp cheddar
Mozzarella
Grilled up in garlic infused canola oil

(Tabbie and I being interviewed for a documentary while cooking up the goods)For those of you who don't know, Tabbie and I (along with Bob Dobalina as one of our runners)competed in the 1st 6th Annual National Grilled Cheese Invitational a couple weeks ago. There were over 100 competitors in 4 categories and we placed 3rd in our division. There were 50+ professional chefs (from restaurants like The Foundry, Clementine, etc.) competing with us, so we're pretty proud of ourselves .
It was a seriously awesome event and we had a ball grilling up sammiches. AND we now have a rockin trophy gracing our kitchen counter.
